Whether you're ready to buy or want to ask for more details, you'll need to message the seller directly to get the process started!

Steps to contact the seller

1. Visit the listing page for the dress or item you want to buy
2. Click the Email Seller button
3. Complete the form and enter your message
4. Press Send :)

When contacting a seller, avoid including contact details such as email addresses or phone numbers. All communication should stay within your OnceWed message portal.

Please note
Our site spam filter holds on to each message for about 1 hour and then releases it to be sent to the seller once it determines the person sending messages is not spamming our site with multiple messages.
