No, do not communicate by email or text. It's important you communicate only via the OnceWed built-in messaging system. We have built this portal as a way to allow buyers and sellers to communicate safely. We are always adding features and constantly monitoring messages for suspicious activity. 

Sellers and buyers can easily send pictures and invoices from within their OnceWed account!
