Why is my listing not live or pending?

If your listing is not live or you are receiving emails about your pending listing, this means you have not successfully submitted payment for the listing fee.
Payment for your listing is required to have it go live on our site for buyers to be able to view it.
To Submit Your Listing Payment:
- Login to your account
- Head to your My Items For Sale page to edit the listing (ensure all fields with an asterisk (*) are completed)
- Click on the button that says Preview and Payment
- OR head to your cart to submit payment via PayPal or credit card
- You'll receive a message to your OnceWed inbox when payment has been successfully made.
Done! Congratulations, you're ready to sell your item and have it loved once again! :)
